Requiring each State's Attorney to maintain a list of certain law enforcement officers who have been found to have committed or are alleged to have committed acts that bear on credibility, integrity or honesty that would constitute impeachment or exculpatory evidence; providing that certain personnel records are subject to inspection under the Maryland Public Information Act; requiring the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission to establish and maintain a certain database; etc.
