Synopsis

Requiring the General Assembly to commission its actuarial consulting firm on or before September 1, 2015, to conduct specified stress tests of future financial positions of the several systems in the State Retirement and Pension System; requiring the stress tests to be conducted using specified criteria and assumptions; requiring the actuarial accounting firm to submit its finding to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before December 31, 2015; etc.
