Synopsis

Establishing certain exceptions to State procurement requirements for certain contracts with nonprofit entities related to historic preservation, archaeology, and conservation service opportunities; and requiring certain contracts to include clauses requiring a nonprofit entity to competitively and transparently procure any subcontracted services, provide certain annual reports, and maximize opportunities for community engagement.
