Synopsis
Requiring a county, to the extent practicable, to ensure that a certain procurement contract for which reimbursement will be sought from the 9-1-1 Board is awarded through a transparent and competitive process consistent with certain provisions of the State Procurement Law; requiring a county, to the extent practicable, to strive to meet certain minority business, small business, and veteran-owned small business participation goals in awarding certain procurement contracts; etc.
