Authorizing the creation of a State Debt in the amount of $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Susan D. Mona Center, located in Prince George's County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; prohibiting the use of the loan proceeds for sectarian religious purposes; etc.
