Synopsis

Requiring virtual schools to provide students with access to extracurricular activities and athletics at the public school the student would otherwise be required to attend; and requiring virtual schools to provide to the parent or guardian of each enrolled student informational materials on access to extracurricular activities and participation in athletics and on athletic teams at the public school the student would otherwise be required to attend.
