Synopsis
Authorizing a court to order administration of specified medication to a defendant for a period of no longer than 30 days after a finding of incompetency or not criminally responsible under specified circumstances; providing that specified medication may be administered to a specified individual before the decision of a specified panel for a period of no longer than 30 days under specified circumstances; requiring a specified panel to issue a specified decision within 30 days under specified circumstances; etc.
