Synopsis
Establishing that, subject to specified requirements and limitations, in a prosecution for a specified sexual offense, evidence of another criminal act of the defendant is admissible for any purpose; requiring the State's Attorney to make a specified disclosure; prohibiting specified evidence from being referred to in a specified statement; requiring the court to enter a specified order; authorizing the court to reconsider a specified ruling excluding evidence; etc.
