Synopsis

Prohibiting a person in Anne Arundel County from distributing a tobacco product to a minor except under specified circumstances, distributing cigarette rolling papers to a minor, or distributing to a minor a coupon redeemable for a tobacco product except under specified circumstances; providing that a person has not violated a specified provision if the person took specified actions under specified circumstances; and providing for civil penalties for violations of specified prohibitions.
