Synopsis
Prohibiting certain persons and certain units of State and local government from using a facial recognition service or any information derived from a facial recognition service in the State; declaring certain findings of the General Assembly; granting certain authority to the Office of the Attorney General to enforce certain provisions of the Act; establishing that certain violators of certain provisions of the Act may be subject to an injunction and certain penalties; and terminating the Act 1 year after it is enacted.
