Synopsis
Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, under specified circumstances, to reimburse specified providers at a rate sufficient to ensure that the hourly wage paid to specified workers is not less than a specified percentage above a specified minimum wage; requiring a county, under specified circumstances, to reimburse the Department for the difference between specified reimbursement rates paid to specified providers; etc.
