Synopsis

Establishing the Temporary Medicare Advantage Stabilization Grant Program to subsidize certain costs of operating a Medicare Advantage Plan in the State, offset certain Medicare payment deficiencies, and increase access to certain Medicare Advantage benefits and plans; requiring in fiscal year 2024, the Governor to include $130,000,000 in the annual budget bill to the Temporary Medicare Advantage Stabilization Grant Program Fund; and requiring a certain report to certain committees of the General Assembly by February 1 each year.
