Synopsis
                                Providing that a health care provider may require that a person in interest or any other authorized person pay a fee, 50 cents for each copied page and $15 for retrieval, postage, and handling, for a copy of a medical record if a free copy has already been provided; repealing specified provisions of law that allow for fees charged for copies of medical records to be adjusted annually for inflation in accordance with the Consumer Price Index; etc.
