Synopsis

Authorizing a person bringing an action for damages resulting from a gas explosion or gas leak to be awarded compensatory damages in the amount of three times the amount of actual damages, plus punitive damages, reasonable attorney's fees and expert fees, and court costs; and applying the Act prospectively.
