Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, under specified circumstances, to notify the State Board of Physicians of the amount of a specified fee; requiring the Board, under specified circumstances, to include a specified fee in specified licensing fees and remit the collected fees to the Department; prohibiting the Department from charging specified authorized providers a fee that is separate from the fee included in specified license fees under a specified provision of the Act; etc.
