Synopsis

Providing that an individual must be at least 18 years old to be registered as a medical cannabis grower agent; decreasing from 21 years old to 18 years old the minimum age an individual must be to be registered as a medical cannabis dispensary agent; and decreasing from 21 years old to 18 years old the minimum age an individual must be to be registered as a medical cannabis processor agent.
