Synopsis
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $25,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Camp Springs Lodge No. 2332, Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, Incorporated for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, site improvement, and capital equipping of the Camp Springs Elks Lodge No. 2332, located in Prince George's County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds; etc.
