Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loans of 2008 and 2011 to authorize specified grants for the Mary Harvin Transformation Center to be used for demolition; stating the amount of a specified grant; reducing to $70,000 the amount of a required matching fund for a specified grant; extending the deadline to June 1, 2015, for the Board of Directors of the Mary Harvin Transformation Center Development Corporation, Inc. to present evidence of a specified matching fund; providing a specified termination date; etc.
