Synopsis
Providing that, at the request of an inmate, a correctional facility in the Division of Correction may establish an individual interest-bearing savings account in the inmate's name in a specified banking institution; authorizing an inmate to transfer funds from the inmate's reserve account into a specified account; and providing that specified funds shall be paid to the inmate on the inmate's release, less charged specified disbursements.
