Oral Testimony: Sign up will open on Septebmer 17 at 9:00 am. Written Testimony: Written testimony will be accepted via email but must be received by Monday, September 21 at 9:00 am. Written testimony should be no longer than one-page long, must be contained in the body of the email (attachments will not be accepted) and sent to aa_jpr@mlis.state.md.us. The testimony should indicate the name of the person or organization submitting the testimony and the bill number at the top of the email and in the subject line.
