- Born, Annapolis, Maryland, June 16, 1964; Marine Military Academy, 1982; United States Naval Academy, BS, Aerospace Engineering, 1986; University of Phoenix, MBA, 2006; U.S. Marine Corps, 20 years as an AV-8B pilot, Aviation Safety Officer, Forward Air Controller with the 3rd Light Armor Infantry, and Chief of Combat Operations for CENTCOM Combined Air Forces.; Senior Professional Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.; Systems engineer with the Aerospace Systems Analysis Group in the Global Engagement Department.; Married: Two sons.
