Authorizing the Montgomery County Delegation and the Prince George's County Delegation to each designate one person to serve as member of the Board of Directors of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority; and making the Act contingent on the passage of a specified bill of the Acts of the District of Columbia of 1995.
