Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission - Front Foot Benefit Charges - Collection PG/MC 36-96

Synopsis:

Requiring the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to pay annually to Montgomery County and Prince George's County a reasonable amount for service performed in the collection of front foot benefit charges by the treasurers of Montgomery County and Prince George's County; and requiring the WSSC to establish the annual payment as an item of the WSSC operating budget and to pay the counties by December 1 of each year.
