Synopsis:

Permitting, in Cecil County, the Chairman of the Board of License Commissioners, with the oral or written approval of a majority of the Board of License Commissioners, to undertake certain actions; repealing the requirement for a certain publication prior to the granting of a special temporary alcoholic beverages license; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Cecil County.
