Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages (Class A-2 Beer, Wine and
Liquor Off-Sale Package Goods License)
Repealing the requirement, in Baltimore City, that the operation
conducted by a holder of a Class A-2 beer, wine and liquor off-sale
package goods license be considered to be that of a tavern;
prohibiting a substitute A-2 beer, wine and liquor license from being
granted after May 1, 1996; providing that a holder of an expiring
B-D-7 beer, wine and liquor license is required to file with the Board
of License Commissioners a declaration of intent concerning renewal of
the license; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
