Clarifying that an individual who is receiving a vested allowance from
several State retirement and pension systems, and who accepts
employment with employers who participate in the systems, may be
subject to an earnings limitation; clarifying that individuals
receiving a vested allowance who are reemployed by a participating
employer may not receive creditable service or eligibility service
during the period of reemployment; etc.
