Days of Sale
Allowing in Washington County Class B and Class C on-sale licensees to
sell alcoholic beverages from 11 a.m. to 12 noon on Sundays provided
that the consumer orders or is entitled to a meal simultaneously or
prior to ordering the alcoholic beverage; and allowing in Washington
County Class A, Class B, Class C, and Class D on-sale licensees, when
a federal holiday falls on a Monday, to sell alcoholic beverages from
12 noon on the immediately preceding Sunday to 2 a.m. on Monday.
