Prohibited
Requiring an applicant for an alcoholic beverages license in Charles
County to submit with the application a statement that neither the
applicant nor, if the applicant is a corporation, any of the
stockholders of the corporation have been convicted of a felony; and
exempting Class B beer, wine and liquor (BLX) luxury restaurant
license applicants from the requirements if the application is being
made for the use of a corporation.
