Allowing in Dorchester County the holder of a special Class C beer
license, a special Class C beer and wine license, or a special Class C
beer, wine and liquor license, to cater an event on the premises while
the license is effective; allowing the Dorchester County Board of
License Commissioners to issue special licenses of any class, except
for licenses issued by the Comptroller, for events sponsored by
specified organizations; specifying the fees for the special licenses
authorized by the Act; etc.
