Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Fines and Suspensions
Clarifying that the Board of License Commissioners for Baltimore City
may impose both a fine and a suspension in cases in which a violation
occurs that is cause for a suspension of a license under the alcoholic
beverages laws of Baltimore City; and increasing the maximum fine that
may be imposed for subsequent violations.
