Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - License on Deposit
Authorizing an alcoholic beverages licensee to place a license on
deposit with the Board of License Commissioners for not more than 180
days under specified circumstances; and requiring that at the end of
180 days the license expires unless an application to transfer the
license or to continue the business has been approved or is pending
approval.
