Harford County - Work Release Program - Sex Offenders

Synopsis:

Providing that persons convicted of the sexual offenses of first degree rape, second degree rape, first degree sexual offense, second degree sexual offense, third degree sexual offense, or fourth degree sexual offense shall not be eligible for the Harford County work release program.
