Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue certain commemorative license plates to honor education; authorizing the Administration to adopt regulations to govern the issuance of commemorative license plates; specifying vehicles that are eligible for commemorative license plates under the Act; authorizing the Administration to establish and charge a fee; requiring the Administration to disburse surplus money received from specified fees to support secondary education; etc.
