Authorizing the governing body of Howard County to grant, by law, a
property tax credit against the county property tax imposed on real
property used as a therapeutic riding facility by eligible nonprofit
organizations that provide services to disabled individuals; and
authorizing the governing body of Howard County to provide, by law,
for the amount, duration, and application of the property tax credit
and any other provision necessary to carry out the Act.
