Universal Health Care Coverage Plan
Amending the Constitution of Maryland to express the importance of
providing health care coverage to all State citizens; requiring the
General Assembly to enact a universal health care coverage plan for
all State citizens by July 1, 2002; and submitting this amendment to
the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or
rejection.
