Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Department of the Environment to conduct specified procedures regarding public notice and comment for the renewal of specified permits issued by the Department; requiring the Department to make specified applications for specified permits available for inspection and copying; and requiring the Department to publish specified information regarding specified permits.
