St. Mary's County - Crab Harvesting - Prohibition on Use of Bank Traps and Channel Pounds

Synopsis:

Prohibiting after October 1, 2000 the use of bank traps and channel pounds by persons harvesting crabs in St. Mary's County; and directing the Department of Natural Resources to conduct a specified study and provide a report with recommendations to the General Assembly by December 1, 1999.
