Allowing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for
amounts paid for insurance that constitutes medical care for the
individual or the individual's spouse or dependents; excluding amounts
paid under an employee benefit plan unless they are included in the
individual's federal adjusted gross income; reducing the subtraction
by the amount allowed as a deduction under { 162(l) of the Internal
Revenue Code; limiting the subtraction for individuals who itemize
deductions; etc.
