Creating a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the United Way of Calvert County for the acquisition of real property and for the repair and renovation of that property, located in Prince Frederick, to be used as central headquarters for the United Way of Calvert County.
