Expanding the requirements for the distribution of specimen ballots in
Prince George's County; requiring the Prince George's County Board of
Supervisors of Elections to mail a specimen ballot, within a specified
period of time before a primary election, to the household of each
registered voter in the County; and requiring the Prince George's
County Council to provide a budget allocation for the cost of mailing
the specimen ballots.
