Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Maryland authorizing the
County Council of Prince George's County to provide for the immediate
taking of property situated in the County, when there is a need for
the property for redevelopment or schools and related facilities,
after the County appoints a properly designated real estate appraiser
licensed by the State to appraise the property and pays to the owner
or into court the fair market value of the property, as determined by
the appraiser; etc.
