Prohibiting a person from intentionally causing unreasonable physical
contact that does not result in physical injury, engaging in
unreasonable conduct with the intent to put another in fear, or
attempting to cause unreasonable physical contact; providing that
physical injury is not a defense; establishing penalties; providing
that a violation is not a lesser included offense; and providing that
a spouse may be compelled to testify as an adverse witness if there
has been a previous charge.
