Charles County State's Attorney - Salary
Altering the salary of the Charles County State's Attorney; specifying
that the salary shall be based on a specified percentage of the salary
of a judge of the District Court; repealing a restriction on the
salary of the deputy State's Attorney; and providing that the Act may
not be construed to increase or diminish the salary or compensation of
an incumbent or any future State's Attorney during the State's
Attorney's term of office.
