Exempting from inspection requirements the transfer of historic motor
vehicles; requiring the tranferee of any used vehicle repossessed by a
lienholder or transferred as a result of a public auction to obtain a

inspection station to obtain a proof of inspection certificate, or an
inspection certificate, before offering for sale a used vehicle;
requiring a proof of inspection certificate to indicate that a vehicle
failed an inspection and needs repairs in order to pass; etc.
