For the purpose of requiring the Secretary of Public Safety and Correctional Services to adopt regulations for the licensure of home detention operators; requiring the Secretary to set certain minimum standards of operation; requiring the Secretary to establish standards for the release of a defendant; prohibiting certain defendants from being released into the custody of a home detention operator; and generally relating to home detention operators in Prince George's County.
