Transferring responsibility from Prince George's County to the State for compensating employees and reporters of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, reimbursing court reporters for services rendered as expenses of the court under specified circumstances, and funding salaries and other expenses of the Office of the Director of Assignments of the Circuit Court.
