examination, under certain circumstances, of a licensed electrologist
during an investigation against the licensee; specifying privileges
waived by a licensed electrologist in the State; establishing that a

of specified findings under specified circumstances; specifying to
whom specified reports and investigatory files may be disclosed; etc.
