Insurers
Requiring the Insurance Commissioner to allow an insurer that is a
party to a hearing held by the Insurance Commissioner to be
represented by a specified designee of the insurer; and authorizing an
individual who is not licensed to practice law in the State and who is
a designee of an insurer to represent the insurer in a proceeding
before the Office of Administrative Hearings while appearing on behalf
of the insurer in an administrative hearing under the Insurance
Article.
