Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association of Montgomery County, Inc. for repair, renovation, and capital equipping of a facility used by the Association for its services.
