Mental Hygiene to study the recommendations of a specified report of
the State Ethics Commission concerning the establishment of codes of

assigned to those boards and to determine how to implement those
recommendations in a specified manner; requiring each board to
identify the changes to its statutory authority that would be
necessary to establish and enforce a code of conduct; etc.
